Description
Goose parked at freight loading facility and passenger loading facility on the West side of the Tortoise and Lizard Bash outdoor garden model railroad.
This is a re-creation of an excavation on our outdoor 1:24 scale garden Railroad. The railroad and surrounding area is based on a geologically active volcanic area, and has active volcanoes, hot springs and more. There are over 70 scale structures and 300 scale people and animals on the layout. Seven trains run simultaneously, and there are many scenes with automation. See my Gallery: "The Railroad in My Garden".

What's the scale?
Linda Brody replied:
The size between the rails is 2". You can model narrow gauge to larger gauges... so from about 1:20 to 1:32. These are what a lot of folks run around their Christmas trees.
